What if I need to cancel my entry into the test?
If a dog is pulled from a test more than 4 weeks before the test date, a refund minus $20 will be issued.
If a dog is pulled from a test within 4 weeks of the test, no refund will be issued unless it can be replaced with a dog from a waiting list. In the event that it can be replaced a refund minus $20 will be issued.
Dogs on a waiting list will be offered the chance to fill a vacant slot in the order the applications were received. Checks will be held until a handler verifies that he/she will take the vacant slot. If the handler passes on the opportunity to fill the vacancy their check will be returned and the next available dog will be offered the vacant slot.
